Renowned for his ability to scale operations, unlock new markets, and craft tailored strategies for complex retail environments, Jeffree has driven more than $100M in revenue growth for leading brands across the food, beverage, and specialty product categories.

Jeffree began his career on the ground floor of retail management and quickly advanced through progressively senior roles in operations, merchandising, and sales leadership. His pivotal role at Bear Creek Country Kitchens helped grow the company from a startup to a $57M industry leader, where he oversaw its soup line expansion into club, mass market, and military retail channels. During his tenure, he was instrumental in scaling operations from a garage-based business into a fully automated 500,000 sq. ft. facility.

As CEO of Infinite Marketing Solutions (IMS), Jeffree leveraged his deep Costco relationships and strategic insight to help brands navigate the retailer’s stringent requirements and secure high-visibility placements. He has introduced and grown dozens of consumer brands within Costco, Sam’s Club, and Walmart—driving market penetration, product innovation, and multimillion-dollar sales growth. At Kettle Foods, he spearheaded the brand’s transition from foodservice to retail, resulting in a $20M contract win that displaced a dominant competitor and more than tripled revenue.

Jeffree’s strategic impact includes launching ethnic dairy products at Karoun Dairies into Costco and Walmart, propelling sales from $3M to over $40M, and optimizing packaging and logistics to reduce costs and maximize margins. His private label expertise spans leading programs such as Costco’s Kirkland Signature and Walmart’s Great Value, aligning brand strategy with evolving consumer trends in health, sustainability, and convenience.
